We're so grateful to you for submitting your review of the SLS Lux! It is saddening to hear about this number of challenges with the level of service. Please accept my sincerest apologies. During hotel pre-opening, we spend a great deal of time and money on employees' hiring and training. In fact, many of our team members devoted years, if not decades, of their lives and education to the hospitality industry. Therefore, it is quite shocking that their knowledge, skills and courteous manners were not the case during your time with us. Rest assured, your comments were shared with the appropriate department heads to remedy this, not only upon your return stay, but for all our future guests. I speak on behalf of my entire team when I say we hope to welcome you back again soon!
