We LOVED our stay!!! Lovely studio apartment. Very comfortable and the staff were super helpful. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a definite plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best kept secret in Miami!
We really enjoyed this property and will be back again. Our room did not have enough towels/wash clothes but we got some from our maid. Studio is spacious. Check in was seamless but it needs a more prominent space in the lobby. Excellent fitness center

Previously stayed at Sentral Wynwood and it was great. This location has beautiful common areas, but the rooms are worn (broken walls, ceiling cracks, broken toilet handle) and unclean, (dust, brown splatter across wall/floor, dirty floors) and plain. If our stay was longer than a night we would’ve likely moved to a different hotel. Charged half a day for late checkout. Which is ironic because the rooms are obviously not getting cleaned.

Dog urine from previous guest found in room by night stand. Ice machine in freezer not working. Table in common area of room had broken leg that table was barely propped up on. Room floors were not vacuumed or mopped before check in. Dirty wet sock found left in washing machine from previous guest, created a foul smell of mold and mildew in washing machine making the machine unusable. The hotel is nice, but it is only nice because it is a newer building, not because of the cleaning and maintenance put into the rooms by the staff. A disappointing stay overall just due to lack of cleanliness.
