The pool can cleaner I didn't feel to go in to it. The hotel don't have a parking I have to look for parking on the street the hotel its clean but the property it not updated. I don't know if was only my room or every room and the its not microwave on the room.

The day we checked in, the staff member was very rude and didn’t make us feel welcome. However, the other staff members who attended to us during our stay were polite and kind. The room we stayed had a bed comfortable, but the shower water was very hot and there was no way to regulate it. The access to the beach is excellent. The hotel has good facilities.The breakfast left something to be desired, as every day there were the same options.

Very old hotel good location but not the cleanest staff don’t pick up the phone when calling to get towels or anything extra ask for a blanket had to eventually go get it myself… nice lady at the front desk, my sheets had dirt on them shower wall was nasty

I found bugs on the beds, it smelled awful. We made reservations for 5 days it looked beautiful in pictures, but when you see the rooms in person they are dirty and very old building, I was very disappointed the continental breakfast that I paid for 5 people was awful all they serve is bread and oatmeal and cereal. Nothing like what other hotels call continental breakfast. If you want eggs or anything else you have to pay extra for it. We only eat there the first day and did not return to eat there anymore. I waited my money those other days ×5. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel foyer looks fab - carpets and corridors to the rooms need a massive renovation - the corridors are very dingy and we were pleasurably surprised by the lovely room with sea view that we booked - bathroom very modern - bedroom fairly clean - main gripe with the bedroom is that the bedside lights at the bedside flicker if you move in the bed and unfortunately the electrical sockets only sometimes work and with very little sockets in the room this was very stressful -our air conditioning didn’t work also but we were happy to stay put as that was the only sea view room available and that’s what we were so looking forward to … thankfully it was October and not to warm and with the fan in the room constantly going it kept us cool.

I had high hopes for this hotel. I read some of the reviews by previous guests and the responses made by the hotel and assumed all concerns were addressed. I booked a King bed w/ balcony and ocean view. Arrived from the airport after 8pm. A woman named May was at the front desk. While looking for a room, she uses her walkie to call house keeping. They told her the room was not clean in Spanish. She relayed the info to a man named Paven, who was also at the front desk. He told her to give me a double room in Spanish. They were not aware that I know Spanish. When May gave me my keys, she assured me I had a king bed. Went to the room and to my surprise, it was a small room with 2 double beds. No balcony. It gave dirty motel vibes. Went back down to the front desk, and spoke directly with Paven. He told me that all the King beds were overbooked for the night and I would have to stay in the room with the double beds for the night and then could possibly be changed to a king bed room in the morning. I told him I heard the conversation between him and May and wanted to know why I was being lied to about the king rooms being sold out. He stated that housekeeping left for the day and the other rooms were not clean and said I could spk to the manager in the morning. I told him I would only accept the room I paid for. He called the manager on the phone and said he would go check for a room. He came back and said a king room was clean but not in the system. I was given the king room

I love the lobby area, the pool area and the fact that the beach is easily accessible. I paid for an ocean view room and got a partial view room. The initial room that I was assigned was occupied by someone else. The carpet was dirty and the shower head and faucets in the shower were loose.
