We had a great time here except for the wind. It was so windy in Miami. Kind of out of our control though. The thing I’ll remember the most about this resort was the lovely smell. It always smelled refreshing.

A wonderful property, friendly and attentive staff, gorgeous beach! A little far from the touristy places, but it’s perfect if you’re looking for a quieter getaway. Would definitely stay there again

Great stay! Restaurant had a great view and breakfast. The beach was beautiful and peaceful. Easy walk to coffee, food, shopping. We had a really nice stay. Room was clean. Beds were so soft. Loved it.

We checked in after dark and checked out after seeing it in the daylight. Old and rundown and front desk wasn’t interested in hearing why we were leaving or what we did not like.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience with a fantastic view. The staff is amazing. We encountered an issue where the cleaning crew sprayed the bed with fragrance, which triggered a migraine for me since I'm very sensitive to smells. However, they promptly returned with fresh linens and pillows. Additionally, we ordered room service, and it was delivered to us within minutes. They are upgrading/updating the hotel, they start working after 10 am which is so unusual for hotels. Thank you for that :) Everybody is so friendly, happy & enthusiastic. Overall, our stay was great! And this hotel is within walking distance from my favorite restaurant, ARARAT, which has an amazing atmosphere and European cuisine. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great dining experience.

I don’t believe this is a 4 stars hotel. The pool area is very small, the sauna is small as well, no jacuzzi as mentioned by the stuff. The lobby are is small not very welcoming. No self parking available. I liked the lunch at the restaurant onsite. The room was very small not fully equipped with an old carpet. The tv was old and had no YouTube or app capabilities.
