This was a modern and comfortable hotel. Very clean. Great and friendly staff. Only negative would be there is no place of leisure such as malls, restaurants nearby unless you have accessibility to a car or if not Uber. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The desk manager was AMAZING. The property is older and has a weird smell. Also the shuttle stops at 10pm so for a late night long lay over, this may not be the best option. It is about 30 minutes from airport in rush hour traffic.

Its funny cause I checked in the middle of the night and was there to sleep and they charged 100.00 deposit. Also un the more when I asked for more towels not only did I have to go get them but they made me bring the dirty towels 1st. Normally i. Stay in a marriott or hilton brand chain however I am a otr driver and in Miami there is virtually no truck parking anywhere especially not at 4 and 5 star hotels. Should've stayed in orlando and drove to Miami in this. I will say this their shower head was very clean, no soap scum, no calcium build up bathroom was really clean!

The level of customer service at this Hotel is second to none. Especially from Romero & Julie although all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and spacious, very clean and offer all the comforts you could need from a simple accommodation. Location is also great, many restaurants, malls and department stores in close proximity. Safe and Quiet! Will be back again!

The hotel was clean, and most of the staff was friendly. However, there are no restaurants within walking distance, so renting a car is recommended as Uber can be expensive. The hotel had limited extra pillows and blankets, and guests had to pick them up from the front desk. Additionally, only having one person on the night staff felt unsafe and should be addressed.
