Staff was great, but when we got to the room blankets were dirty, as if they were dragged on the floor, 2/4 towels in the bathroom dirty just like the blankets , there was hair in the shower floor before anyone took a shower and the a/c was so loud, it has a vibration noise that is non stop.

I enjoyed my stay it was first time to Miami so I didn't know what to expect next time I would get a rental car because there was not too many things that I could walk to around the property other than that my stay was good

The room was able to accommodate all six of us. The only issue was the water didn’t have water pressure and the water was not that hot other then that it was a good stay we will be back in the future.
