We made reservations for 2 nights. First night RM# 509, A/C was not working. Next morning we asked front desk to send out technicians to come check out the A/C, we waited until 3pm for A/C tech!! Technicians run diagnostics and said “A/C NOT WORKING, get a new room!” Second night we were able to sleep with working A/C.
