I had an amazing stay at this hotel The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. Valet parking is amazing. The breakfast is very delicious and healthy. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!. Can’t wait to come back again

The staff were very helpful. Since we didn’t have a vehicle to go shopping before our cruise. My wife ordered from Walmart and it was delivered to the front desk prior to our arrival. There was a food truck parked nearby that had reasonably priced food. We took an XL Uber to the Cruise Port.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing! Lots of different choices. I did not like the fact that the only parking option was valet at $25 a day. It made leaving the hotel inconvenient. You also had to have your card to go to your floor on the elevator, which made it hard if you had family on a different floor. You'd have to meet in the lobby and then go meet them at their room. Most restaurants were not close and pizza menus are always being slid under your door. When you Google those pizza restaurants, they don't exist which made it a little sketchy.

This place felt like home. I immediately felt the comfort and security. You MUST use your room card to access the elevators. I've never seen that before! And the room was very clean and spacious!!! Definitely 5 star!!!

Started shaky, ended well.
Came in for the Miami/FSU game. Wasnt told that the shuttle from the airport ended at 11pm. I arived at 10:30. Called the hotel for the shuttle and was told they were done with the transport for the day. Explained that I called and confirmed what time i was coming in. After a few, not so happy minutes, it got rectified. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was nice. Would definitely be back.
