I was book for the days of hurricane Helen. Due to the storm my flight was canceled and event was changed . They refuse to rebook me stated that no rooms were available for the days my event was rebooked for and to provide proof of my flight and event being canceled so that I could get a refund. I provided that proof with Expedia and also emailed it to the hotel. The hotel still refuse to give me a refund. I lost all my money due to the hurricane that I couldn’t control. Bad business so I will never book with them or Expedia again and I have been with Expedia for over a decade. Very disappointed!

This was a perfect hotel for our mother/daughter adventure in Miami! The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. All of our needs were anticipated and graciously fulfilled.

The room and service they provide was amazing but to charge all that for valet parking and prepay for breakfast but they still charged a gratuity which is over charging, we should be able to tip for the service, so I want rebook but overall it was nice

It was by far the most beautiful place we stayed on our trip. The staff was amazing, and I mean all the staff. They went above and beyond anything we could've asked for. If I ever go back to Miami again, The Grayson is my only option for a hotel. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.
