Couldnt beat it for the price.
We evacuated from the west coast to Homestead so I hadnt taken time to read any of the reviews, so shame on me, however for the money it was just fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service when we arrived and had all of our hurricane prep, which took 4 trips up the stairs between my husband and I taking all we could carry each time. The walls were thin and you could hear noise from the hallway and other units. Fortunately, nothing was noisy late or too early. There was also a strong smell of food being cooked from other units. Didnt really bother me, but might bother some. Like I said, I booked this in a hurry, so hadnt read that there were no plates or utensils or cookware in the kitchenette, but there is a Target and other stores very close by so we picked up paper plates, papertowels and plastic ware. The other guests and residents we encountered were very friendly and we felt it was a safe area.

Visiting for a day. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping plaza. The room was clean and met my standards. I will definitely select this hotel next time I'm in town.

It was a weekend stay for a funeral, so we mostly were there for sleeping. Had i known that it was a extended stay, I would have never booked. Especially for the price that I had to pay. Dont get me wrong. Its in a good shopping and restaurant area, but the extended stays are not for me.

Good value for hotel rooms but not clean with cockroaches no pool, which is disappointing. Jim is small, but staff is nice no housekeeping daily only if you book the hotel for more than seven days, you have to bring your own trash out.

Better then a motel but also not impressed
Check in was fast and easy. Room smelled like a bar lounge (cigarette smell), bath towel and bed sheets had stains. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Hallways smelled like wet dog. The bed was comfy and the room compared to other areas was clean. Overall not impressed as the building is fairly new to this area.
