This property is fully renovated with no detail spared. Offers all kinds of amenities. Peaceful, safe and clean environment with shopping and attractions near by. This home is very inviting with beautiful decor through out,includes barbecue with sitting area in the backyard . Children also have there place to play including toys , movies and there own dinnerware. I look forward to being your host and making your stay the best possible. There is a surveillance system for the outside of the front yard but absolutely no cameras or any recording device inside the property. Property is located on 72st and 160 avenue West near Everglades.
Rules Pet fee only dogs is $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs max. We expect guests to treat our home with respect and as if it were theirs. YOU HAVE TO READ AND AGREE TO THESE 9 HOUSE RULES. 1. AGE TO BOOK: You must be 25Years old to book and be present at check in, we collect ID information. 2. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Checking in early or before 4:00 p.m. is not allowed unless you tell the owner and it is approved. The checkout is before 11:00 am, remember that the staff needs to clean the house for the next guests, Everyone wants to arrive to a clean house. For late checkouts it is 50 additional dollars per hour overtime. 3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. 4. SMOKING: This is a NON SMOKING house. SMOKING is only permitted in the outdoor spaces. 5. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Linens and bath towels are included in the unit to be changed on a weekly basis. Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation. 6. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. Illegal activities or drugs of any kind are not allowed on this property. Any loud music, loud noises or screams after 10 pm, must be moved inside the home and lowered so as not to disturb the neighbors, (Friday and Saturday is after 11 pm). 7. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Unit owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. They are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. 8. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A mandatory deposit of $300 will be held by VRBO.The deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival, but your credit card will not be charged. We will NOT open a claim on the security deposit provided the following provisions are met. A-No flushing of anything other than toilet paper. No baby wipes, No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Do not throw food in bathrooms or kitchen sink, as it may block. If this were to happen I would have to hire a technician and that will be discounted from your deposit. B- Any article or item from the house that is broken, damaged or lost will also be discounted from the deposit. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS (a list with prices of the items of the house will be given) C-The guests should maintain and deliver the property in the same conditions it was given. Excessive uncleanliness and wear, more so than usual, will be discounted from the deposit. To avoid this, do not paint or stain the walls or furniture. Do not stain or damage the towels or bed sheets in a way that is irreversible. The tableware and kitchen utensils should remain washed. The trash should be placed in bags and the bags should then be placed in the green bin. The blue bin is for recycled materials only, such as cardboards, magazines, cans, and plastic items. It is prohibited by the city to place any other type of garbage in the blue bin, so please do not do this or we will have to wash it and this will indicate an additional charge. This house is one that is not for smokers, thus smoking is only allowed outside and be aware to pick up an cigarette butts and ash left behind; please do not throw it in the yard. D-No additional guests allowed than the number that was booked, if for some reason this is going to happpen, you must inform the owners. Remember that the total price is up to 6 guests only.
