El olor de comida que presenta por todas las areas realmente es muy fuerte, las instalaciones no son nada parecidas a las fotos que muestran, en las habitaciones hay estufa pero no hay ni una cuchara. Realmente la experiencia fue muy desagradable para mi junto con mis hijos.

I went w family on vaca, The worse hotel we ever stayed. The room was not clean to dusty, floors durty that when my son was walking barefooted his feet were black, the towels in the restroom so dustie n old that when i dry mu face the lent stay in my face i felt do discussted. Went to ask gor better clean towels at the fromt desk i was told by the front desk assistant that there was no vlean towels nf she was the only one working n she did mot jad a chance to wash towels or sheets, i ask for warn blankets n she didnt have any but told me she was going to get wash few n will yske it to my room, i never received the blankets...every time as soon as we walk in into the room was stinky . .i also reported that someone whent into my room while we weren't there n they didnt f up w me....that place it is not affordable for the type of service render...very mad n dissapointed we will never never planing to return ti the hole....that hotel is a extended stay meaning that ppl lives there for months n ppl cooks inside those rooms n everytime we arrived from being out that place stinked like rotten cheese....overall no good 2 star....

This hotel is the worse we have ever been. Lots of cigar odor mixed with a strong smell of aromatic mist that makes it even more disgusting. The cleaning is not a priority there as the room service is bi-weekly’s. We found out when we were already there. We felt sick with all the poor hygiene there. If you stay there you will see lots of dust dirty floors and smelly odor all over the place and every in the bed.

The room was unclean and disgusting. Bed sheets dirty, hair from previous tenants everywhere. Dirty counter and floors. Broken lamp shades and blinds. My partner and I left immediately and have requested a refund. We stayed elsewhere.

It had roaches and the sheets were dirty. Front desk then said they’d give my money back but when called Expedia no one could confirm. I would NEVER AGAIN!
