That property is fairly new, maybe 7 to 8 years, but the maintenance of the property is poor, the rooms are destroyed. It seems like nobody cares to keep the rooms in good conditions. The smell of marijuana is all over the hotel. Very sad, because the hotel is very nice, but is not well kept.

1) the sheets in my room were used and it has hairs from the previous guest I suppose. When I ask them for a new one, they told me to bring the dirty sheets to the front desk so they could give me a clean one. 2) they don’t even have soap in the bathroom, I asked at the front desk and they were out of soap so I had to use shampoo instead (that’s what they offered) 3) the only thing they offer is coffee and the machine is always empty. 4) the staff treat the guess like they don’t care about anything. 5) they have kitchen and cabinets but they don’t have not even a single utensils. I wouldn’t stay at this property unless there is a hurricane chasing me

The hotel was awful. I used to live in this area 5 yrs.ago before moving on of the city so I saw when this hotel was built and it looked nice from the outside. So when I needed to stay just for a night before staying at my daughter's, I thought it was a decent a hotel equivalent to a holiday inn express but what I found was a room with old furniture. The bed had no bed spread but a brown sheet with stains, 3 flat pillows, no remote for the TV, mold on the bottom edges around the bathtub and spider webs on the top roof corners. It had the quality of a motel for people looking for a quicky couple of hours stay but paid over 100 for the night. What a disappointment. I couldn't even wash my hair because they didn't have a blow dryer either. The only nice thing I could say was the lady at check in was presentable and courteous misleading you to believe the rooms are decent.
