We're sorry to hear that the IHG brand double beds were not to your preference on this occasion - we do have firmer or softer mattress options that can be requested. With the car park being externally owned and operated, we can only offer the discounted rate of £5 as advertised . We hope this does not put you off staying in the future

Thank you for your feedback. Holiday Inn Express are restricted to what buffet items we can offer - we can only offer Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs and beans and we can offer partial continental options too - this is the same in every single hotel around the world. The reason we cant offer more as if we did this will mix the brand up with Holiday Inn Paul
