Front office staff were very cheerful on check-in as well as each time passing by the desk. The room was wonderful; the bathroom was spacious and shower gleaming. Fantastic stay!

Respect Needed for Tea Drinkers!
Very nice hotel. One breakfast complaint: As with so many hotels, no sense of what tea-drinkers want. A wide selection of flavored "teas" (which are not actually teas), but no simple, normal tea, such as an English Breakfast Tea. This may seen like nit-picking, but it isn't to tea drinkers. You would never treat coffee drinkers this way.

All around good stay!
It was great! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was great - you could tell the person managing the breakfast area had a commitment to excellence. Stayed on top of refills, cleaning, etc.
