Front desk has a bad attitude

The woman at the front desk was very rude..and for no reason. Bad attitude. The manager had to come.and assist and he was very nice. The room was not bad, but there were hairs in the bathroom whenwe walked in. They did come clean it up.

my stay was awesome. The desk clerk was awesome. The rooms were excellently clean. The beds were comfortable have no complaint will be staying there again.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. The room was very uncomfortable.The floors were dirty.The bathroom was dirty. No lighting or lamps. No one else. No. Coffee no place to get any coffee. To very uncomfortable Chairs, I didn't like the beds being up off of the floor on a metal frame.
