The receptionist deals with the guest as if he is from the same country, with the same language and knowledge, and he did not explain to us the parking need money. Air conditioning was weak.

Just disgusting
Breakfast at the hotel was tasteless and just cold. Unfortunately, I ate outside the hotel in Italian places. Breakfast and dinner, I didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurant at all because I didn't want to have the same experience with food. I ate at the local restaurant. The room I stay are only cleaned on the surface of the furniture, very dirty carpet with large stains after some substance that has Several months. Just disgusting
