These two scary Clients declared out of the blue that their cash was stolen from their room safe. We were very concerned, so we immediately asked them to report to the nearby Police station, so that we could open a case with our insurance company. The Clients never went to the Police station and never showed us an officicl complaint. And never mentioned the theft of € 3.000 (YES) again with our front desk. Wierd, you agree? Second, we checked both the electronic key log of their room and the floor security cameras. Result: nobody entered the clients room between the declared time of theft and the Clients’ complaint. Proved by both media. Not even the maid: the DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging from the knob. Either we have ghosts in the hotel, or… you name it. Too bad we cannot review our Guests. You agree, Hoteliers?
