The staff were so friendly and helpful. The city and shopping and dining were just steps away. The food and the bar at the hotel were really nice, also.

This property was great. No complaints. The staff was nice, the shuttle is convenient (only takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel) and the price was reasonable. Room was also clean and the hotel appears recently renovated.

Location!! is you are catching a flight out of MXP! is only 5 minutes away from the airport, Hotel van is quick and reliable, Beautiful area, Excellent customer service, clean comfortable rooms. The only downside is that there is no food available near by, but you can always go to the airport to buy a bite to eat. Will stay here again!!

I stayed here as a I had a stop over flight and had arrived 4am and left at mid day next day. The airport transfer was good, it does cost 5-10€ but it arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was helpful and even offered free water on way out as I didn't have a water bottle in room. Wouldn't mind staying as a stop over but wouldn't recommend if you are in Milan for tourism, it's bit too far.

Staff was helpful and pleasant, shuttle was on time and the room was quiet and clean. I would recommend the hotel to anyone needing to spend the night before flying out the next day.

Outstanding restaurant a few blocks from the hotel! Very good and a great way to end a long travel day! Love the shuttle service. Only wish they had a WhatsApp number for contacting the property for airport pickup

When we checked in for 2 rooms we were told breakfast was included. My daughter and her friend went to breakfast and had breakfast. When we went to breakfast we were told that there would be a charge for our breakfast, so we left without eating. When we went to check out they charged us for 4 breakfasts. Rooms are very dated.

I can recommend First Hotel without hesitation for an overnight stay at Malpensa - the staff are excellent and the shuttle service from the airport was very efficient, came within minutes of my call even though it was 2:30 AM. Genuinely friendly greeting at the front desk, room was clean and comfortable, good bathroom (amazing water pressure in the shower!) and the breakfast options were very generous - cereals, fruits, cold cuts & cheese, scrambled eggs and ham, pastries, fruit tart, range of juices & hot drinks. Would stay here again.

Very nice . Shuttle was prompt. Rooms a good size. Bedding very comfortable with beautiful white linen . Breakfast was very nice with lots of variety. Wonderful stay.
