The hotel had a fantastic location and was central to everywhere one would want to visit in Milan. The room was spacious but dated. I did wake up one morning with bites across my face and arms.... I did a deep inspection of all the luggage and saw nothing, but I still had to take great lengths to ensure everything was clean upon getting home.

Staff is very friendly and helpful however: Reception team very loud Bacon smell in the morning up to the 5th floor Cleaner keep entering the room even if we told we having a business call(this happens to all of us in different rooms) Bed sheets changed while I was in the room and the bathroom cleaned soon after At least 3 hours before my check out. I didn’t touch the bed but I did use the bathroom. If this is the normal procedure I have serious concern about the hygiene of the rooms.

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet, and we loved the option of bathrobes. The on-site secure parking was a little pricey, but worth the convenience and knowledge that our car was safe. The breakfast was nice and, although the pancakes would have been nicer warm, there was plenty of choice. Despite the hotel restaurant being fairly limited for vegetarians, the food was delicious and service excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Milan, including the Duomo amd La Scala, as well as the stunning Sempione Park and Montanelli Park, which includes the Natural History Museum and the Planetarium. Would definitely stay there again!
