The single room was a bit basic and crampt but thats what you pay for. it did have air-com which was much needed in the 35 to 40 Deg C heat. No tea/coffee making facilities. No bar or restaurant, just a carb. breakfast, toast, pastry or cerial.
Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was convenient and location was walkable to the Susa station or tram.

Affordable, quiet location
The room was affordable and did the trick, the location was good. Close to the city center without being too loud or busy. The service from the staff was the highlight, they were so gracious!
Visiting Milan during a very busy convention time, there were few rooms available. I was fortunate to find Citta' Studi for its location, price, comfort and the helpful and sincerely friendly staff. As I got to know the area it was very convenient to make easy connection to the rest of Milan via tram and metro. A few blocks away are many dining options, safe feeling neighborhood. And a farmers street market was refreshing for locally grown and produced products.
Incredible room with great staff, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of different options.
The room itself was brilliant! I was honestly taken away with how nice it was. There isn't however much with sound proofing between the doors of the different rooms but besides that, everything else was perfect.
I will definilty be coming back here when I next visit.
The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the outer parts are beautiful but the rooms are slightly outdated. Still clean and comfy to stay in.

Liked: Staff & service
The property is dated but the staff are good and the location is good for Linate airport and only 3 stops on the metro to San Babila, which is a short walk from the Duomo. I will be using again as the price i got was very good and the short hop to town or the airport make it worthwhile.
Property was a bit old but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I can't complain given the price. The location was a somewhat removed from downtown Milan.
People were great! Room was nice, however the internet was terrible, I had to stand by my front door just to get a weak signal

Stayed here while attending the Italian Grand Prix in Monza. Great locational for the train stations. Well priced for what you get, but furniture and decor is old.
It was freezing in the hotel room. We woke up every day with a sore throat. The floor was freezing as well and no slippers were provided, so that to go from the bed to the bathroom one had to put on socks to make it bearable. The walls were also extremely thin, it felt like we were sharing the room with the entire floor. I don't know how many times we were woken up in the middle of the night, and proceeded to be woken up around 8am by what we assumed were the cleaning people going in the rooms around us. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we were relieved once it was over.
