Excellent experience - will definitely come back
We stayed in this hotel for one night and have nothing but praise. The facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, but what stood out the most were the staff. All extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi and making sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Ilaria and the waiter at the bar. Strongly recommend!

For the price I paid, it was a great deal in Milan. They offered me a free upgrade. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Parking was tricky. On their Expedia page its said 42 euro. When I asked front desk, they said 50 euro for parking in a facility not belong Ling to them. I found an app called Parclick, in which I could find a parking close to fashion district for 25 euro.

Wonderful hotel & service. Only stayed 1 night so they didn’t have to do much. But when they booked me for 2 nights rather than 1 night, they had implied that it may have been done accidentally by me online & that I would have to rectify it with Expedia, the agency I booked it through. However, when we got to our room (booked only for 1 night), I immediately received a call from the front desk, who had figured out it was an error in their own hotel software system, and told me not to worry or waste time checking my Expedia app to correct it. This was very much appreciated, since we only had 1 day in Milan & didn’t want to waste time unnecessarily checking something, that the front desk had corrected due to a computer glitch on their end. They were so kind and helpful & in taking the initiative to call me to inform me not to worry, that the mistake was not on my end, I could then enjoy my day in Milan. They get a 10/10 for initiative & helpfulness.

Excellent hotel! Great location with short walk to Brera. Very clean room and friendly staff. We left an important keepsake behind in our room on accident when we left and the staff had it waiting for us when we returned to Milan.

I had a good visit and really appreciated the kind, attentive, and efficient staff in all areas of the hotel. I also appreciated the generous gathering and lounging spaces both inside and outside the hotel. The Duomo, La Scala Theatre, and other must-see sites are in short walking distance. To start our Italian Holiday, we stayed for 3 nights in the Hotel Manin in Milan. The location is excellent in the Historical Centre with lots of sites of interest (e.g. Duomo, Galleria Vittoria Emanuele II) a short walk away. There is also a stop for the Hop-on/Hop-off bus opposite the hotel. The hotel is impeccably clean and our room was very nicely furnished and was kept pristinely clean by housekeeping, who also replenished the bottled water. The quality and variation of food for breakfast was very good & the Garden Bar was excellent. All of the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful and always with a smile on their faces. A special thank you to the reception staff, who gave us excellent advice on local restaurants, if not eating in the hotel.
