You will not sleep
Well located. Terrible service. The acoustics are so terrible that you can hear the flip flops on the hallways, the adjacent room, etc. I arrived from the overnight flight and needed to rest before my event. No such luck. So much noise! Their noise. Construction, the cleaning service being loud, doors slamming. It was the house attacking the house. The next morning someone tried to enter my room by force. I was traveling solo, so imagine the jolt! I jumped up with my heart in my throat to secure the door while I yelled “no” who is it!? (In English and broken Italian) Someone run away and down the stairs. I know this because you can hear it all! I called the front desk. Come to find out, it was the cleaning crew, Entering the room before 10 without announcing themselves or acknowledging my screams to give me peace. Bathroom and towels were below standard for the hotel class, and the rest seemed fine enough.

The hotel was way beyond our expectations! It is right in the middle of the pedestrian area connecting Duomo and Castello. It is a very unusual floor plan, modern, very clean, very comfortable, the staff was extremely nice. We could not be happier! we are recommending it to family and friends. Grazie!

The central air conditioning did not work. It got too warm to sleep at night. The outside air was great when we opened the window but there was no netting so mosquitos got in. The area around the hotel was great. It was convenient to have the included breakfast and a drink at night.

Property was great though people were in the hallways cleaning the entire time, which makes a bit of an obstacle course. We also arrived at 2PM and thought we’d rest from our long journey before dinner. Not happening—lots of hammering, drilling, sanding, etc. from building next door. Thought ok, well at least we’ll get to sleep in tomorrow. Nope. Same noises began at 7AM. 👎
