Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was very small. I had an early flight so I didn’t have breakfast there but front desk staff offer to fix me some breakfast before scheduled time. Very close to Milan Cathedral and the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel.

As a solo traveller, the location of the hotel was awesome! Everything is close by and a walking distance away. Breakfast was also lovely! Fresh fruits and more! Such a lovely experience!

Excellent location and lovely staff. I also enjoyed the breakfast (several protein options) and made to order coffee drinks. My room didn’t smell very good and dust had accumulated in various places. The AC worked (though it could have been colder) and kept the room bearable. If location and price are your priorities then this is the hotel for you!

The staff was wonderful, location is unparalleled, breakfast was good. I unfortunately experienced bed bugs and began being bit on my first night but because I have never experienced it before, I wasn’t diagnosed until I got home and saw the doctor. With some serious fumigating, this could be a great low budget hotel.

Satisfactory hotel for a short stay. Excellent location easy access to all highlights. The elevator was the only bother, small and slow. Many times I had to climb up or down 5 flights of stairs
