The bar and dining area of this hotel was very nice with all the plants and the bartender was very friendly. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating and appreciated their help when my aircon wasn’t working. The hotel is only a short walk to Milano Centrale Station. The restaurants across the road and around the corner were very good for dinner.

Booked a twin room and got a double. As a result we were offered another room at the back building. The room was ok, but the ac wasn’t working properly and was very noisy. The floors needed wiping as well. I think if we got the room we were supposed to get, it could have been a more pleasant stay. It’s in a nice location, conveniently close enough to the central station but away from its chaos. The staff was polite and the breakfast was nice.

Hotel Sanpi was comfortable and clean. It wasn’t lavish but the staff were fantastic and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

Convenient for the central station. Our 3 person family room was a good size but dark as the ground floor windows were shuttered. Breakfast was ok. One point was one of our fresh towels was stained with what looked like fake tan. This was remedied immediately when I notified the reception.
