We do a lot of city breaks and we stayed here for two nights and thought the hotel was excellent. The location is great too and is within walking distance to Metro and Duomo. The staff are brilliant and very attentive. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely staff just a bit noisy

Pros: Location ++ Staff ++ Clean and tidy
Cons: The location of rooms 233 and 234 was such that there was noise from the road throughout the night. Better soundproofing would be ideal.
Location: Lots to do. Centre of Milan. Great location.
Stayed here for 3 nights in March and we were staying on the 2nd floor in rooms 233 & 234. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for travelling around Milan and also a reasonable distance from Linate airport where we flew into. Breakfast selection in the mornings was good and the team were happy to make omelettes to our choice. We were travelling with three children and all the staff did their best to make us feel welcome The rooms were of a decent size, we stayed in a 2+1 room and if possible try to get ones with a bath as they are bigger. If anything could have been improved it would have been the room sound - quite noisy at night and disrupted sleep but I suspect that is unique to each room depending on where the window is facing.

Der Check in war nett und schnell. Das Personal am Nachmittag wie am Abend sehr langsam und unaufmerksam. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel würde ich mir erwarten da am Abend nochmal das Zimmer gemacht wird. Fitnesstudio ist sehr klein. Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, Betten sind sehr bequem. Das es nur 1 Waschbecken gibt.
