Everything was great the only issue was housekeeping did not clean the room or replace the toilet paper clean the coffee cups and the coffee machine didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they did follow up the following day with better service

The hotel was comfortable and quiet, specially the VIP floor. It is 25 min walk to the Duomo and all the shops, so quite a walk. It offers a really nice breakfast and also has a good restaurant on site. The staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Woukd definitely recommend!

Booked this hotel from looking at reviews - it’s close to a number of walking metro stations approx 5 minutes from the hotel and is really easy to travel around Milan and get to the centre. There’s lovely cafes and places to grab a bite nearby and the hotel itself was modern, clean and exactly what we needed for a 4 night stay.
