Only real issue was the AC first room it was very warm and did not cool down. I complained and they said they were full for the night. It maybe tomorrow could get another room, I looked online and they still had rooms that you could book but by then I was too tired to complain again so gave up. They did move my room the next day it was a little better but I think the AC just doesn’t work well in general. The lobby felt very good temp but rooms did not

It is a beautiful hotel. The downside is the A/C barely works despite the ultra modern amenities of the hotel. Also, room 204 (superior room) that we were originally in was right below the dining area/restaurant and was VERY noisy. Lastly, we came for a cycling holiday, but the drive to the hotel is not paved and very steep so we had to go down the hill by car to start a ride.

This hotel was excellent- particularly for a 3 star, it doesn’t look that great from the outside but was superb on the inside. Very close to Milano Central Station. I would certainly stay there again.

On entering the hotel it looks great with a nice lobby and we were able to check in an hour early. The bed was terrible and extremely hard providing a bad sleep. Advertised as having a bar but whenever we asked if it was open one staff member was rude and told us it's not available without providing any further information and turning the lights off in the bar. The location is perfect - 10 minutes walk from the central train station and also the metro to get around. Breakfast was a hot drink and croissant.
