This hotel is conveniently located near walking distance to all the main attractions. Duomo and Galleria is about a 5 minute walk. Gelato right across the street and a bakery/pizzeria next door. The hotel was pretty accommodating and I was able to retrieve my room earlier than expected. However there were a few things worth noting. Bedsheets had a little bit of stain on them. Kinda like an imprint of a shoe or something of that dirty nature. The spoons in the room for coffee was dirty. There was a chocolate stain on one of the spoons. During my stay, I had experience two power outages in one day. Another issue worth noting was the AC vent kept making clanking noises every time it would run. I also was not able to adjust temperature to heat since it got cold during evenings. My friend had stayed in a different suite and noticed the slippers were reused. Just the little things makes u question the hotel’s cleanliness and hygienic environment. The elevator was also a bit slow at times. Lastly, some of the receptionists were not very welcoming or friendly. No acknowledgment or greeting when we would go in/out of hotel. Overall this place is mostly for convenience but comes with a pricy tag.

Very central. We booked the suite. No complaints besides it is nonrefundable. We had a family emergency, but glad things worked out ok, so we still get to go. It is approx 1000 dollars a night, so would hope that it can include breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful and responsive.

Highly recommend this little boutique hotel located very conveniently close to the Duomo, taxi stands and the Metro. Plus there is a nice bakery coffee bar right next door. The hotel is classy, the room is nice. Very clean, and new. The front desk staff were excellent.

I made the reservation for one night and then realized I put the date one day early before we arrive. I called both the hotel and Expedia to push it one day and Expedia said it’s up to the hotel. In talking with a hotel staff member I asked to move the date one day and he said he can’t yet I knew the same room was vacant for that second day. He declined to accommodate and I ended up reserving the same room on Expedia and paid for both nights. The hotel staff member said it’s up to Expedia and Expedia said it’s up to the hotel. Courtesy to accommodate would have been nice since I’m a long time customer of Expedia.
