Milano was an unexpected, last minute decision in our multi week tour around Europe and the Ritz was a good fit for our needs, we know the brand and visit their hotels often enough and know what to expect. Location was convenient and getting our reservation sorted last minute was a breeze (thanx Expedia) Food was excellent at dinner time and service was 10/10, breakfast was nothing to write home about but was ok I guess. Rooms were fine although TVs are a bit old and small and beds could be a lot more comfortable imo (being picky here) Staff was super nice for the most part, with a few exceptions. All in all a pleasant experience, would recommend.

A wonderful experience.
This hotel is fabulous. Clean and fresh and classy. The front desk staff were courteous, attentive, professional, yet friendly. Lovely people. We will most assuredly be back. Best stay, of many, in Milan, our favorite city.

Close public transportation.
The hotel facility and room are in excellent condition. The hotel is located close to various means of transportation, Metro, trams and buses. The only complaint I have is the hotel is located in a back street away from the main attractions.

The Starhotel Ritz was great. The location was perfect, near transit, shopping and restaurants and the rooms were very comfortable. The only downside is when you arrive, the buildings across the street are older and more rundown which didn’t create a great first impression but the hotel itself made up for this.

Very helpful staff. It would be nice to have a a refrigerator in the room, but still, very nice place. Good breakfast included in our stay. In a street parallel to the main avenue, but not noisy at all. Close to stores, subway, buses and tram. We went walking to the Duomo, came back by taxi because we were tired, but it is close enough.
