Checking and check out was very slow both times they were not behind desk ring the bell and still now one at least 10 minutes then had to get someone from restaurant to call/find receptionist when she comes no apologies for waiting straight asking how can she help.

Lovely one night stay, the only downside for us was that on the Tv not all the Freeview channels we're available in case in the evening you just want to relax watching the Tv. Lovely buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, baked beans, fried sliced potatoes instead of hasbrowns, sausages and bacon.Also a selection of pastries was available. Modern clean and quiet hotel just what we needed after a long daydriving down from North Wales and visiting Tenby and Pembroke. Also in walking distance (approximately 7 minutes)there is a Tesco if need to but anything or refuel your car. Free parking is available across the road.

A Great place to stay in Milford but the Disabled parking is now nonexistent we used to be able to park right by the main door but now have to park across the road in a Public Carpark

Our stay was spoilt from the first moment we arrived , 30 plus boiler suited balaclava men hanging around the entrance and reception, with bags upon bags of their belongings on the floor in reception. My wife found it very intimidating . Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel , or any hotel .

The Gentleman on Reception was Excellent so Polite and helpful, he even came and devided our Beds as we had requested a twin we were in apartment SHORES so you can identivide this excellent employee our dates were 14 and 15th august.many thanks.
