Come and enjoy outside dining and relaxing.  A 10 x 16 rear deck overlooks 4 acres of manicured lawn with a scenic pond.  Unwind and enjoy fresh country air.  This cozy 2 bedroom home is a perfect choice for a family of 2 - 4 people who want to be very close to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Cooperstown Dreams Park Stay
Perfect distance and direction from Cooperstown Dreams Park. View from rental was beautiful. One caution rental is located right on main road, but has a great ice cream place about 100 yards away.

Awesome!
These are the cutest little “tiny homes” but they feel a lot bigger inside 2 good size rooms. The closets had hangers!!!! Shared laundry area, they supplied the detergent and dryer sheets! The view is breath taking! The owners are the sweetest people ever! Super close to Dreams Park (you can hear the music occasionally) and about 10 minutes or so from downtown Cooperstown. Hoping to go watch my nephew in Cooperstown in 5 years hopefully they will still have this rental property!!!!
