The Lodge - Unit A is a modern 3BR/ 2 Bath house that sleeps 7 and overlooks Double Play Cabins - 5 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of multiple houses and cabins on the property. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature.
This modern house is a great choice for large families and members of a group to share. The Lodge - Unit A features wood and stone accents throughout 1,652 square feet of living space. The Master BR is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a Family Room area with TV next to the kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are in the laundry area / mudroom off the kitchen. The Lodge - Unit A has air conditioning and central heating.
Partake in panoramic views from the back deck that spans the entire length of the house. Look eastward for sunrises and gaze at the southern Mohawk Valley hills to the south. The back deck has outdoor tables and chairs, making it ideal for group gatherings. Cook outside on the gas grill. NOTE: The Lodge - Unit A and Lodge - Unit B downstairs can be rented together as a single house with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths and 2 Kitchens that sleeps 14 persons. Inquire about special pricing and availability for combining both units.
