Follow the 4-foot-wide concrete cart path that leads you to the dock area where you can also embark on aquatic adventures with the 3 jet ski floating docks, a floating lily pad for the lake (do not put in pool), You can tie your boat off at the dock. No lift available. Sunbath and lounge beachside or enjoy even more aquatic adventures with the 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards provided.
Fire up the propane grill (we do suggest you bring your own tank) for a BBQ feast and dine al fresco at the outdoor seating area. The covered patio features a TV, drink fridge, and outdoor heating, creating the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. You can also feast outside while overlooking the big water at the bar area with 4 high top stools.
For added convenience, fresh pool towels are available for all guests in the outdoor bin. The nearest boat ramp at Cosby Landing is 10 miles away making it easy to explore the waters of Lake Sinclair at your leisure. If you're looking for a quick bite or provisions, Anslies gas station is conveniently located just 5 miles from the property, offering a kitchen where you can order food for your stay.

There is a working station in the daybed bedroom equipped with a desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and printer. (we do not supply paper or ink) There is an additional stand up working station upstairs in the bedroom with an ergonomic chair, monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Nearest grocery store is 35-40 minutes from the property. Depending on which way you're coming from there is Kroger & Walmart in Milledgeville and a Publix in Greensboro.

Other Details to Note:
There is a 6 adult limit at this property. No visitors are allowed, no exceptions. 3 vehicle LIMIT. No more than 3 vehicles on the property any given time.
Please note there is no inside dining table.. There is more than plenty of outside eating as well as multiple trays and 2 counter stools on the inside. There are trays and counter seating on stools
The property does have multiple levels of stairs to maneuver on the inside and outside.
The hot tub is pictured at the pool but will not be heat enabled. does not work..
Pool Rules & Guidelines: Pool is Seasonal Open May-September only
ALL GUESTS MUST SHOWER OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL COMING FROM THE LAKE. NO LAKE TOYS, FLOATS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL.
Access and Maintenance:
Our dedicated pool service team visits every Tuesday to ensure a pristine swimming experience. Please allow them unobstructed access to the pool area for efficient cleaning and maintenance.
Pool Depth and Supervision:
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK in both the pool, and the lake area. The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 9 feet at its deepest point. For the safety of our younger guests, children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool and Lake area. NO DIVING!
Prohibited Items and Activities:
Glass bottles and or glass drink-ware are strictly prohibited near or in the pool area to prevent potential hazards. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the pool to maintain cleanliness. Diapers are strictly prohibited in the pool for hygienic reasons. NO walking, standing along the pool ledges, this is a safety concern.
Pool Vacuum:
The pool vacuum is to remain in the pool at all times. It is on a time and will operate starting at 7AM-10AM. You are allowed to move the vacuum closer to the side where the hose is plugged into the pool. Failure to follow this rule will damage the vacuum and will be billed back to the guests.
Appropriate Swimwear:
Younger children must wear appropriate swimwear designed for water activities to ensure their safety and comfort.
Respect for the Facilities:
We kindly ask all guests to respect and follow these guidelines to maintain a clean and enjoyable pool environment. In the event of any violations, an additional cleaning fee of $300 may be charged to cover the necessary maintenance. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable pool experience for everyone.
