There was only one person on duty to man the desk and man the breakfast area. Which was a bad thing since there was 2 large groups of people that ate everything before 6am.

Avoid this location

Had to wait an extended time just to be checked in. Our room had no shampoo and the shower was not draining properly. Breakfast was nothing. Staff allowed individuals to act belligerently and drink alcohol in the pool area so we could not enjoy it.

We were only there one night.. the room smelled clean when we checked in. There was a pair of dirty socks under a chair by the desk, which is a red flag. Breakfast food was cold at 7:30 am, but was able to warm up in microwave.

Booked 8 nights, but left early after 6 nights. The property is not pet friendly. I kept my dog first 2 days at my friends house. They still charged me $160 pet fee($20 per night) , but, my dog only stayed there for 4 nights. They won't let your dog settle and keep complaining. The women at front desk is grumpy. Their website says that daily house keeping, but house keeping is on alternate days. You still have to follow up for house keeping. The front desk women was telling the staff not to clean the room. The room smells bad. Looks like whoever stayed there before smoked. The hotel said, they would not charge for last 2 days. If that is the case, Expedia should refund for 2 nights stay and 4 days dog fee ($80). I would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience.

Beds were comfortable.Fridge very large. Decorating fair but bathrooms are old and run down. No extra tissue or toilet paper in rooms. Family across the hall thought the hallway was extension of their room.

Other than finding the front desk empty and having to wait a couple times (that's 2 times in 3 days), I thought this was an excellent and affordable option. Unlike many hotels, there seems to be actual ventilation in the fitness room so it doesn't smell like off-gassing equipment and old sweat. It's a very small room, though, just FYI. Pool and hot tub looked clean, but I didn't try them. Breakfast was fairly basic but clean and edible. My main complaint (which I have at most complimentary breakfasts) is the lack of fresh fruits or vegetables. They did have some Gala apples that were getting on the mushy side, so I'm guessing they don't put out fresh fruit because very few of their other patrons eat it? My room was spacious enough and appropriately stocked. Again, everything good except the missing front desk staff and lack of decent fruit for breakfast.

Not my favorite Best Western

The room had a weird stale smell. Almost like people had been smoking in the room. Not sure if the sheets were clean, they smelled like the room also. They had bright white LED lighting in the room which is not my favorite and that is just a personal preference. The lock on our door was broken. We got in late and the place was completely booked so we couldn’t change rooms at all. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good.
