Hotel was an easy walk from the train station, and also walkable to much of downtown and the Summerfest area. Rooms are large and quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Be careful about parking, we accidentally parked in a pay lot one night because the parking lots are connected:

Very nice place to spend the night. It was clean and decently decorated. We were disappointed there wasn’t a safe but we had no issues. There had been previous reports of cars being vandalized so we were concerned about that but we experienced no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the proximity to the highway. It was very loud over night and made it hard to sleep. Loud cars without mufflers sounded like they were in our room. Other than that it was nice.

Great hotel-lobby clean, room comfortable, and front desk service great! However, the hotel could improve their food service. The waitress had a hard time getting my order correct and the breakfast was not very good.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to Veterans Park, and many other larger events, close to many attractions, and short drives to shopping and other restaurants. The restaurant breakfast was great!

No notification of false fire alarm
The smoke alarm went off at 2:25 am and the fire department arrived outside, when checking out we were told it was a glitch in the system and it only went off in certain rooms. It would have been nice if we had received a call letting us know it was a false alarm instead of us getting out of bed and getting our items together to leave the room.
