Wonderful place to stay. Property is well maintained, beds are very comfortable, and the shower water pressure is amazing. Most of all the staff are very friendly, I can tell they take pride in what they do. If I’m staying in Racine, I’m staying here.

Sad Jaccuzi
We had issues with the jaccuzi in our room not draining. Called down to the front desk to ask for help and they sent a guy up immediately which we were happy about. Unfortunately they said that jaccuzi had an issue with the drain if the water level was above a certain height so the only way for him to fix it was to hammer the drain with a screwdriver for 30 minutes. It was very uncomfortable for us to sit in the room while he did but eventually it did drain.

Hallway smells musty. Room has no carpet. Housekeeping blatantly ignores "Do Not Disturb" tag on your door. She admitted that she saw the sign, didn't care, and banged on my door anyway. Overall, the property is run by a group of people who are out of touch with reality and unaware of how to treat guests.
