I've seen better by this hotel
I was very disappointed about my stay. Typically I find the Holiday Inn as a great place to stay. Although the desk receptionists were helpful, I was disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned for two days, I had plumbing issues that impacted the toilet (twice) and bathroom sink. Yes, I would stay again at the Holiday Inn, but service (i.e., housekeeping and maintenance) need to be improved. I should be reimbursed

Needs a deep clean
This hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and some upgrades. Carpets were stained, doors didn't work, shower drain was out, towels were grayish not white. This is not a staff issue, my room was cleaned and tidy, but the towels, sheets, etc need upgrade and the hallway carpets need a deep clean.

Helpful Staff
We were grateful for the very helpful staff. There in town for a medical surgery and needed some extra help, which the staff was very accommodating. The chaise lounge couch in the room was an extra help after surgery. On the down side, my husband had to fix the toilet and the lighting in the room was terrible.

Overall Good Experience - Would stay again
The stay started out well the check in process was easy and fast. The guest service representative was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issues that we had with the room was the plugs at the night stand were very loose so the phone charger would fall out constantly throughout the night leading to an undercharged phone the next day. The food in the breakfast buffet was very good and they had a fairly large selection. The food was fresh and continually tended to. The only problem was the sneeze guard was very large requiring you to reach up far underneath to open the lid. Because of the guard you could not hold the handle but rather the metal cover of the food warmer. Although not overly hot this could lead to the possibility of a burn to consumers and should be reworked. Thank goodness we were already up when the fire alarm sounded.
