Rooms could use some updating. Stained carpets. Door handle on bathroom door was broke. Crumbs on the floor by bed that were not from us. The service was great. Aloha checked us in and she was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Lobby and bar area was nice. We had an awesome view of the city. Great location. We were only a five minute walk from Fiserv forum.

We used the "convenient" valet instead of self park. It took us apmost 40 minutes to get our car the next day to leave. We were thankful we were not the couple who drove from Alabama that had their vehicle keys in someone else's car that had left the property on errands and were stuck there. Definately need to iron out that service.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Facilities were clean. The only thing that we didn't care for as much was the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (Very minor!)

Sleepless night!
The first night was a sleepless night because our room shared a wall with the Regency Club, a smaller room space (capacity 88) which guests can reserve. We’re senior citizens and usually go to bed by 10. Needless to say their party continued until early morning hours, people coming and going outside of our room. Since we were already in bed we didn’t ask to move to another room, if there was one available. I asked the front desk on Sunday morning if the room was booked for Sunday night and she said no. If it was I would have asked for a different room. Warning if you’re in room 1819 on the 18th floor, ask if anyone has booked the venue next door.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Valet parking was a bit of a s**t show, as it was taking them 30 minutes to retrieve vehicles Saturday morning. Hotel bathrooms could use an upgrade. Toilets are low, felt like I was sitting on the floor. Beds are very comfortable. We'd go back, but probably not use the valet.

Saw homeless trying to get in a few times. Didn't feel safe. Shops are overpriced. Laundry wasnt available so I had to use an outside laundromat to do laundry. Too little food options. The bistro closes too early and Starbucks being the only food court item available isn't very appealing. The staff were excellent and helpful. The rooms were very neat, but the a/c was malfunctioning at times and the room temperatures could get uncomfortable.
