Property needs to be updated for sure. Carpet in hallways smells, towels were white BUT brown, non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke, building doors propped open for anyone to come in and out. The list could go on and on, my room looked NOTHING like what was online

Dirty and moldy bed set, toilet was clogged, and shower drain was full of hair upon arrival. The smoke detector was off the wall and turned off. The room smelled of smoke.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. The room looked like it was not cleaned; the bed was just remade. Our pillows were covered in lipstick, blood, and other stains (no pillow cases were given). The only blanket/bedding that we were given was a sheet drapped over the fitted sheet. The refrigerator/freezer were not clean and had something (melted icecream?) flooding the bottom of both. The tv remote was missing batteries, so we could only manually flip through 4-5 channels. No towlels were given to shower; the shower was not clean. The base boards/walls looked like it had mold that was just painted over. There wasnt any smoke detectors, but you can see where there is supposed to be one. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cheap muffins and a gallon of milk to share with the entire hotel. I wont be coming back.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This place was scary, dirty, nasty. The front desk people were rude and not helpful. We didn't have blankets or towels. I wouldn't dare shower here but would like to dry my hands after washing them. It made me feel disgusting and I didn't want to touch anything. NOT TO MENTION we got our car stolen from their parking lot and they didn't care AT ALL. So we were stranded in this dump until someone could pick us up from Madison.
