Should have told people before booking the room there’s a 75 dollar incidental fee . My sister had a service dog and the staff weird when we brought him to get breakfast . Then had the audacity to tell us to not bring him over there due to sanitary reason when he wasn’t doing anything but standing next to my b sister being a service dogs like he should be because she has a hard condition and can literally fall down and pass out . The pool area floors looked like they even been cleaned . The chlorine was so sting everyone was coughing and had to get out multiple times . The walls in the room were dirty and the door was water damaged . It doesn’t seem they really cleaned the room that well also a light build was broken in the light good thing we noticed it didn’t work and didn’t stick out hand in the lamp shade.

Great staff but property need some attention.
The elevator broke down before we arrived so had to walk a bit to take the stairs up three levels. Hotel room was clean but the iron was leaking water so got my dress shirt all wet, there were no conditioner in the shower and no lotion in the bathroom refill container. One of the tile in the bathroom seemed loose and wables. Very nice staff though.

The transportation service was excellent. Both drivers were wonderful. The bagged breakfast for those leaving early was such a nice touch. The water having to be shut off due to broken pipes was not fun.
