We arrived early due to traveling conditions. We were told we would have to pay an extra $30 to check in early. No one checked to see if our room was ready. We were told it was a system auto add-on if we checked in before 3:00. No apologies were made or no attempts to make us comfortable until 3:00(it was 1:45). They just told us to come back. I felt this was not acceptable at all. Not really the girl at the front desks fault…I feel this is a company policy that needs to be reconsidered.

Given a key to room that was not ready, at 9pm!. Only one room left was not the one i reserved 6 month's in advance. had to settle for one king, so we got no sleep. Wifi is not usable to current devices, shuts off every 15 minutes. No place to hang clothes. People are propping exterior doors open with rocks and bums living in their cars on the lot (several), not safe.

This is not my first time staying here. I tend to enjoy the fact that it’s never really over crowded so I can still enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. However I didn’t give 5 stars because I did notice some stains on the carpet in my room they didn’t bother me because it didn’t look like blood but just the fact they were there made me question the room a little bit. Everything else was clean from what I noticed.

Bed was very comfy, room was clean and spacious. Shower head could use replacing but there was ample shampoo and conditioner plus a mini fridge microwave and coffee pot. 5 minute drive from MKE airport so great for traveling. Pool and hot tub looked nice even though I wasn't able to use it others were!

Great place to stay
This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was very nice, clean, quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He was very pleasant, friendly and helpful! I would stay again. We were able to leave our car for a 6 day vacation &we’re shuttled to the airport by a very nice man.

The front desk staff and shuttle driver were fabulous. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but it was close to the airport. It was VERY noisy with the traffic, but that's not the hotel's fault. Room was clean except for the stray sock laying on the floor. Breakfast was the usual, nothing great, but it was free. Didn't like that you had to eat it in the dining area.

This was a great place to stay after flying in late at night. Our only issue was with the shuttle. What should have taken less than 5 min to pick us up took over an hour due to verbal aggression towards another shuttle driver which ended up in a police investigation. Not cool. We just wanted to go to our hotel and go to bed.
