It was close to the Hop and had a great selection of breakfast items. It was in a very good location in Milwaukee. We will look for Tru/Home 2 hotels when we travel in the future.

The staff was not very attentive, they were too busy on their cell phones. When i arrived I had to go get the valet because he wasn't paying attention to arriving guests.

It was a very hot room. The curtains were wide open by the time I got there it was 75 in the room it took 24 hours to get it down to 72. Could not get it to work to 68. That's a sleeping temperature I enjoy. Was only there for two nights didn't want to bother anybody but it was way too warm of a room.

Clean, efficient, all you need, good breakfast.
My room was very clean, and the common area seemed very clean too. The front desk staff was efficient. The “continental” breakfast included eggs and sausage and pancakes, as well as simple staples. The breakfast staff was very, very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

I would try it again
The location of this hotel was great. The service was friendly. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. There are also some cute fun touches around like nice chairs outside for sitting and taking a break or people watch. The only negative is the beds. They were pretty warn out and actually lumpy. It surprising that a hotel that has so much going for it hasn’t upgraded their beds at least in the room we were in.

Our stay wasn’t great. In the future, I won’t be booking this hotel again. When we arrived, the front desk lady was distracted by watching TikTok on her phone. She seemed confused about our reservation & the check in process took way longer than it should have. There were a couple of stains on the comforter on one of the beds. It didn’t look like the hallways have been vacuumed in weeks. There was a random pillow case sitting outside of our room when we arrived & still wasn’t picked up when we checked out the next day. I will say, the bathroom was pretty clean & the lighting was great. I do like the location of the hotel. Right downtown, close to bars & food. I think we paid about $50 total for the 4 times we used Uber, so $25 total between the 2 of us which wasn’t bad!

I booked this 1 night stay due to a concert that was taking place within walking distance. Though I'm a Hilton Honors member and this was booked a few weeks I believe, in advance, we had to wait an hour past the 3pm check in for access to our room. We were told it was due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and housekeeping was behind. When we finally got into our room, we had 1 bath towel, the shower gel was empty and the floors were not clean (I could tell based on the bottom of my socks). We were also never given the times for the continental breakfast included and as such, missed the 9am cutoff for breakfast. The AC unit was also extremely loud for what appears to be a newly built property. I doubt that I would stay here again, especially at $200 for the overnight stay and delays/service we experienced.
