Basic hotel, no fridge, no microwave, no coffe maker in the room. Work fine for me, after long trip, to rest couple hours. Basic free breakfast. You get, what you pay, if you want something fancy, this hotel is not for you. Very affordable too.

Clean hotel. Neighborhood is a little iffy. I like that they lock front door at 9pm. Front desk staff all very helpful.

Facility could use a remodel. Pool and spa area needs work. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Location to airport without shuttle services was inconvenient. Rooms HVAC was lacking.

Overall the stay was good, but I’m pretty upset. I paid extra for a late check out at 1pm. Come 11am I got knocks on my door multiple times while I was trying to sleep (with a do not disturb sign on the door) then a call from the front desk confirming my late check out. Why disturb me further when you can see that on my booking?

If you need a place to stay and don't need to feel like a king this is it. There is nothing particularly bad about it at all. Just doesn't have a super nice feel but you don't always need that.

So we have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times and have always really liked it. It's comfy, clean, ect. This time our fire alarm went off around 3 AM, thought there was a fire or something but when we got out to the hall we realized it was only our room. So we went and got the person at the front desk, who basically just wanted to know if we were smoking in there (we weren't) but he did come shut it off. About an hour later it went off again, my husband went out to talk to him and was basically told I don't know what to tell you, unhook it. So we did and went the rest of the night with no alarm (so thankfully nothing went wrong). We ended up booking this pretty last minute instead of driving up very early the next morning and It was just unfortunate because we had a really early morning and I barely got any sleep. So I would have rather saved the money and stayed home and slept.

It was fine for the price there was almost nothing near the property which was a bummer. Quick Uber to MOA was nice. Snacks at Gas Station across the street or outback steakhouse were only walkable options.

Giving for 4 stars because it’s a hotel and serves its purpose: a place to sleep while I’m out of town. Not getting 5 stars due to a couple of things: 1. They required an $80.00 CASH security deposit upon check in? Not sure if I missed this in some fine print somewhere or what, but I stayed at this same hotel two years ago and I know for a fact that a cash deposit was not needed. In fact in the many many hotels I have stayed at, I have NEVER needed a cash deposit. Also the hotel has no ATM. I paid for the room prior to check in and they took my debit card and ID to confirm payment upon check in so this cash thing seemed very weird. 2. Check out is at 11:00am which is awesome. It’s nice to be able to sleep in. We were told that we could pick up our cash deposit when we check out and just pick it up from the front desk. Instead they decided to call our room at 8:50am and ask if they could just come drop it off at our room? The phone call woke us up anyways so we just said yes. Again have never had an experience like this with the cash deposit at any other place I have stayed. 3. Lastly I will just throw this in here since I am taking the time to do a review, there is not a microwave or fridge in the room. Not anything that I really care that much about, but just something to be noted. Like I said before, serves its purpose. There’s a bed to sleep in with a roof over your head.

Skip this place.
Staff was not veey friendly and we had to get key cards multiple times Per day and we never had back to back reservations. Ive worked at the front desk of hotels before and they were barely communicative and rude pretty much the entire time. The MSP area is fantastic but you can skip this hotel.
