Rooms are clean, good at keeping them tidy (done every other day) beds and sofa beds were comfortable. Extra blankets and stuff in the closet was good. Fridge microwave and AC all worked great. Rooms are dated a bit tho. If you don’t like airplane noise do NOT stay here. We can sleep through a lot but even we were starting to get annoyed. Not the hotel to go to if you are a light sleeper. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent. Shuttle was good. Felt safe walking at all hours from the train station. Good location to many family friendly excursions and the mall. Overall a good find for a hotel for a realistic price.

Decided to stay here for a weekend getaway. The convenience / location for the mall was superior and the breakfast area was one of the largest i have ever seen. The breakfast itself was good except for not having pancake or waffles. The room was small and cramped, kinda was uncomfortable. Very close to the airport and the airplanes are fairly loud, something to consider if you are a light sleeper

Overall, just a place to stay
Stayed 2 nights, beds were pretty uncomfortable, but sleepable. If you have a sensitive back wouldnt recommend. The second night the front desk called us at almost 10 at night, to say that there had been a complaint about cigarette smoke on our floor. Again, almost 10 oclock at night, when we had a sleeping baby in our room, and we ourselves were trying to sleep. Then told us if room service found cigarettes in our room, we'd be charged $250 fee. Personally, I think if you receive a complaint that late at night, do the investigative work, to go to the floor and try and pinpoint the exact room the smell is coming from. Not call all the rooms on that floor, accusing them of smoking. Then checkout sucked too, we were told there wasnt a card on file to charge for parking, which is so not true bc thats how i paid for the room, was with a card on file. Said it was $3 a day for parking, not sure how $9 turns to $20 with taxes. My parents also stayed here and was charged a $40 service fee that they said was just a hold, we were not charged that. Overall felt like everyone was making their own rules here. Breakfast was nice, but if you just need to stay somewhere quick thats what this place is good for.

This was not a bad stay, but I would not stay here again. It is an older hotel, and while the room was small and clean, the mattress was comfortable, the bath towels were soft, there were a number of negatives. There was one lamp in the room with electric outlets for devices and that was it. The Toilet had troubles turning off, the Shower drain was almost completely plugged, they charged for Parking, and the room had an odor. Although the hotel was close to the airport, I did not hear any aircraft noise. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast attendants did a great job keeping the food stocks full. Room smelled

Used this property to have easy access to the mall and the train. Property was meh. Rooms 333 and 334 both smell like cigarette smoke. Also had to pay for parking $3 per day which wasn't in the Expedia ad.

I specifically looked at pictures of this hotel property, and that's why i went with this hotel compared to others. The check-in process was completely slow. A line was also forming due to taking 8-10 mins per person. This was at 1am. Then, I was told it was $3 to park. I guess why the heck would I have to pay to park?? I'm already a guest who has paid an astronomical amount to sleep here for a total of 8 hours. Lastly, the breakfast was subpar. There wasn't anything I could eat. Normally, theres hard-boiled eggs or some sort of lighter food. Nope. Bagels, bread, and runny scrambled eggs. I know for future this isn't the hotel for me.
