We have stayed here multiple times. Have mostly been happy with our stays there.Bathroom was not cleaned very well. A couple of dirty towels laying on the floor under the cink and stool handle was not functional to flush. I rigged it good enough to flush.

Staff were nice and welcomed us in, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and right next to the building, which was very nice. We felt safe in the building throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay for a trip to Minneapolis.

Our bathroom had a strong urine smell. The bottom of the white shower curtain was yellow and looked like it has been soaked in urine. It smelled terrible. Around the toilet, you could see old urine marks and on the wall and baseboards. The closet doors had strange markings on them and someone took a pen to the walls and colored on them. I did make comment to the desk and they did their best to clean it all up. However, the first impression was already tarnished.

Couple maintenance items needed addressed:toilet handle and toilet paper holder. Something in the wall made a constant sound—maybe a pipe or something? I didn’t report any of these items as they weren’t that bothersome.
