Lovely but terrible elevators
Exquisite property. Unfortunately, the elevator options are extremely limited, negatively affected every trip up or down the entire stay. There was also a huge spill of multiple coffees on one of the elevators, and people had no choice but to step in it because they were always crowded.

The Four Seasons of Minneapolis is the ultimate all in one for a sophisticated and exceptional experience. The food is some of the best I have had in the Nation, the service is second to none and the rooms are among the best I have stayed in. I have nothing but great things to say about the Four Season Minneapolis.

Checked in our type of room that we booked ahead of time wasn’t available and staff out in a different less expensive room Said we would get 200 credit. Checked out and didn’t have credit on final bill. The 2 beds were very small and too soft. Bartenders not responsive or friendly. Dinner was average. They brought us the wrong dessert but us the proper one but didn’t take off bill. Hit and miss opening door. Made no attempt to help with bags. Will not go back.
