The best thing about the property was that it was across the street from the Excel. The rooms were not the cleanest and it was outdated. One of the kids said it smelled like a nursing home…she wasn’t wrong. They didn’t even have a snack/travel needs desk (looking for some Benadryl and a tooth brush) I travel a bunch and am picky about the places I stay, must have been kicking back too many glasses of wine when I booked.

The hotel was right across the street from the venue we were there to go to. Was nice to walk instead of driving late at night.

The major highlight about the property was its proximity to the Xcel Energy Center. I liked the hospitality at the check-in in particular. As for the room, I was given a quiet room on the top floor. The lowlights about the room were the following: 1) no mini-bar, 2) no safe, and 3) a low-flow toilet that worried me the few times I flushed, and 4) no plunger.

liked it was close to where we needed to go for concert did not like the parking-and having to pay. That should be included in the hotel. the mirror did fall off the wall while we were there so hopefully I won't get charged for that

Hotel was clean, but dated. Definitely needs updating. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Restaurants within walking distance. Excel center is catty corner to the hotel. Check in first before you park for a parking pass so you don't have to pay. Parking garage is secure, but old looking.
