Very Nice hotel and we will definitely stay here again! My only complaint was the construction going on around the hotel but hard to avoid that. I highly recommend this place!

Hotel was clean, convenient to get to everything. We either walked or did Uber/lyft. There is quite a bit of homeless people in the are and we were approached several times asking for money. But other than that, we felt pretty safe walking around

Was there for four days and never saw housekeeping. Would be nice to get clean towels or empty the garbage cans. The food served from the kitchen was not good and very limited. Could really only travel in one direction at night because the corner the hotel is located on at night is surrounded with the homeless. Would not stay here again!

If you want to get a room buzz stay here. Seems like everyone smokes pot inside their rooms. The pool was nasty. The pillows and beds sucked. The motel restaurant was way overpriced and the food was bad. Breakfast sandwich on a hamburger bun? Yuk.

Overwhelmed staff, I suspect. If you didn't call ahead you wouldn't know that you need to stop in the fire lane and quick run in and grab a key so you can get into the parking garage. Parking garage is another $35 a night and is surrounded by construction. Good luck if you drive a truck or larger. Very worn areas, cigarette burn on the desk in my room but it was clean and bed was comfortable. Less than 5 minute walk to the convention center which was nice. Only nearby place for sit-down dining is attached to a burlesque show. Nicollet Diner 24 hours sounds nice, and food was ok, but be prepared for what it is.
