Property was having issues with air conditioning, it left a puddle that we were offered towels to deal with. Walls/ doors were fairly thin, there was much screaming to be heard from children. TV had issues as well, screen display was iffy. Black out curtain was nice. Staff was very friendly. All in all an OK stay, but not one I’m sure I’d repeat at the price point. Staff was the biggest highlight.

Carpet was wet around the ac unit and this had a mild mildew odour. More importantly when we checked in the room key didn’t work. And after waiting for 15mins for someone to fix the issue in front of the room, we had to request change of room which was easily granted though.

An average chain hotel. The room was very nice. Bathroom towels were terrible and scratchy, and shower had almost no water pressure. Breakfast was as expected, oatmeal was cold, as it always is. Good selection of food. We didn’t use the pool.

Tucked away in a corner. Easy to get to. Very good Japanese steakhouse hibachi grill shares parking lot. Cub food grocery store across the street. Mall less than 2 blocks away. Other shopping and restaurants very close by. Storm came thru late night/early morning, power was out for 8-9 hrs. The hot tub was drained and out of order. I wish the bathrooms had hooks. When you have 4 people and spend multiple nights you have no where to hang your towels to reuse them or to hang your clothes.
