Our stay was so so. At first the building and the room appeared modern but we found a random pen lying around in the corner of the room, and tiny pieces of garbage scattered along the edges of the walls. Our big issue was the safe that wasn’t working. We reached out to the front desk right away, they said their engineer will address it the next morning. We had to carry around our valuables all day and this was quite inconvenient. The next morning we waited til 10 am and inquired again about the status of this engineer. She didn’t seem to know anything about it, put us on hold then came back to say it will not be addressed. We had to carry everything to the football game and another day of inconvenience. At the time of the check-in, the lady told us breakfast would be until 10 am. On Sunday morning, we went down at 9 am and saw that there was absolutely no hot food or any bread but just packaged cereals and oatmeals. Coffee was empty. other guests also complained about the lack of coffee. I took the initiative and let the lady at the desk know there was no more coffee. She said no, there should be. I said no, there is none. On Monday morning, we went down at 9:10 am along with another guest, and the same lady told us the breakfast was til 9 am on weekdays. We all told her all she said at check-in was the 10 am end time, but she maintained that we were wrong and there was absolutely no apology.

Hotel was lovely. Spacious rooms with beautiful artwork. Large bathroom. Only downside is the hotel does not have a bar or coffee shop.

First time in Minneapolis
The staff was so helpful about everything! My key wouldn’t work and they kindly fixed the issue several times. Also they were very helpful with restaurant choices in the area. And just giving general directions with parking. Parking was pricey because the ramp that was suggested was full all the time due to it being a performing arts school. So get there at a decent time either before or after school hours or maybe the weekend other there are other parking options in the area but further away. Overall great stay and I’ll be booking again for another event.

It is a secure property requiring a key card to get into bldg or be buzzed in my staff. Kiddos to staff front desk lady greeted us warmly but with a problem- no clean towels/sheets this was city wide for all downtown hotels offered our $ back. Since we were early we would be first in line to get a room. Laundry did come in around check in time. Room large clean decorated with modern abstract art. Bathroom shower large with rain head shower. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast available but we did part take. We wanted a large brunch so we would be good for whole day. Hell’s Kitchen and Hen House Restaurant walkable distance. Walkable distance to sporting revenues, Murray’s Steakhouse- above excellent, and Manny’s Steakhouse. Price very reasonable. Would stay again. 8.30.2024

It was a great hotel, very fast and easy check in. There was an issue with a vendor they had but they called early in the day to let us know and offered a refund and also gave us an approximate time of it being fixed. Very happy we didnt take the refund. The hotel was very quiet except for the noises from the city but even those werent very noticeable. Our toilet paper holder was broken but we notified the staff. My only issue was the parking. We had to pay $25 to park in a ramp which I might not have seen when I booked or it wasnt clearly stated but that was just an unexpected expense. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Pros: Love the small size of the hotel and the gated courtyard. Convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. Cons: The cold water in RM 209 shower was not working so your choice was to risk scorching yourself or take a bath which takes longer. If we were staying more than 1 night, I would have asked to switch rooms but we made the best of it.
