*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through May 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening January 2025. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II, with the main access connecting right next to the building. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.

In addition to its premier location, 4301 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances: brand new microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker and Keurig coffee maker! Enjoy a gourmet meal at the dining table, grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar, or sip an evening cocktail on the balcony while enjoying the sunset! The thoughtfully designed living area features cozy furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, a new wall hung HDTV+DVD player, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony.

The carpeted master bedroom features a king bed, a new wall hung HDTV-DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom also accessible by the hallway. The cozy second bedroom features an HDTV and cozy built-in twin bunk beds perfect for small children. For your convenience, there is a new washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet is complimentary.

Convenience is key at Beachside II with easy parking, keypad entry, and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a fitness room, a hot tub, a seasonally heated saltwater pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautifully manicured Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. Beachside II

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Amazing Views

The location of this property is perfect. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins out in the water. We could be down to the beach in just a few minutes. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The manager was easily accessible if we had any questions during our stay. Access to the golf cart only improved our stay. The golf cart let us get around the property to access different restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach and the fact that it had a golf cart for ease of getting around the area. Although the beach is a lot more crowded than expected, it was still easy to get to. The gold cart was great to take over to Baytowne Wharf. The condo was very clean and we had everything needed for the week. We were able to speak with the property manager with ease when we had some questions. I would recommend this condo for future visits!

Great view from balcony

Bed was comfortable, new chairs were great. Shower head needs replacing. Loved the west view from the balcony! Kitchen storage was adequate. Easy access with west elevator. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Golf Cart didn’t work

The unit is smaller than the pictures make it appear. The second bedroom with the bunk beds is like a closet. The golf cart didn’t work while we were there and that was one of the criteria we wanted when we selected property.

Memorial Day Weekend

Highly recommended. We parked our car and utilized the golf cart to travel back and forth for lunch and dinner at Baytown. The beach is literally steps away. My three year old and five year old loved it. The condo is in excellent condition and everything worked as it should. We will use this condo again.

Great location!

We love the location of this property. Fantastic ocean view. The golf cart is a must for this area so that was great too. The mattress in the king bed was pretty stiff, so may want to consider getting at least a nice topper for that one. There was only one roll of toilet paper so that was a bit of an inconvenience for a party of 4, I would definitely stay here again though.

Break from the rat race

We loved the view and the convenience of the location. We used the golf cart every day from picking up groceries, to going out for supper, to stumbling across the Baytowne Wharf!! (Most fun we had while down there) Beach and pool access couldn’t have been more convenient. We had an unpredictable issue with the microwave, Bette and Bill had us fixed up before the sun went down. It might be time for a new mattress in the master and maybe a new shower head but this is definitely opinionated. Bathing our 9 month old was somewhat cumbersome without the handheld shower head. We had an incredible time/stay and felt our vacation was well worth the money spent!!

Good location

We had a nice stay. The property as a whole, is dated. The exterior of the property could use some cleaning. The bunk room is tiny and there was no light. The bathroom ceiling and floor has quite a bit of mold. Ease of getting to the beach was great and having a golf cart was nice. Using the microwave trips the breaker but it was easy to get to the panel to reset. The pics make the condo look bigger than it was but overall we had a great trip.

In need of improvement

The condo is clean and the golf cart is great, but this unit is in serious need of upgrading and improvement. The biggest issue is the poor furniture. The living room has a couch and a love seat that sag and are very uncomfortable. There are no other chairs to sit on other than the dinette chairs. The bed was a comfortable but there is very little space to store clothes! There is one cheap, tiny dresser that isn’t big enough for two people’s clothes for a week. Normally you could use the drawers in the nightstand but the nightstands have no drawers. Also the closet is tiny and dark. We had to move cleaning equipment from the closet into the bunk room so we could hang our things. The kitchen is supposedly “updated” but the cabinets need replacement and the appliances are old style. I expected much better I. A Sandestin condo.
