Watch the world go by off the furnished balcony of this 10th floor Gulf-front condo located in the Tides at TOPS'L building on beautiful Miramar Beach! Inside, this vacation rental features classic, cerulean decor with shiplap, comfortable furnishings, and updated amenities. The well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar, is sure to thrill the chefs in your group. Spend quality time together in the pristine living area with the sparkling Gulf as your backdrop and sliding door access out to your balcony. Outside, guests will be greeted by the wonderful poolside bar (Blue Dunes Grill), a heated pool, and a kiddie splash pool directly between the building and the beach! For a bit of friendly competition, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, and mini-golf are all complimentary for Tides guests as well. You’ll have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. There is also a complimentary tram service to take you around the resort.
With 600 feet of private beach directly in front of the building, the beach-goers of the group will be in paradise. For shopping and dining options, the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin offers plenty of stores and restaurants, just a little over one mile from this complex. If nature is your thing, check out nearby TOPS'L State Park, or be sure to make a reservation to explore the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve, located just a little over a mile away, where you can hike the sandy trails and watch for native wildlife.

Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
